Thank you very much Gennaro, I wanted to show it as it is, with highway and cars, and parking lots :)

Hi Ina,
You are doing a great job of continuing the perception that Toronto is a wonderfully clean city. Lovely and crisp image! Also you do a nice job of uploading the panoramic view. So many people upload their pano's in the same size that we see them normally, not taking full advantage of the panorama. Why they do that, I have no idea?
Andre

Hi Andre and thank you very much for your comment! I am still a tourist more or less, so the places I photographed are the most obvious ones: downtown, whereas someone who's lived here longer may have a different take, perhaps more personal, more moody... but so far I haven't run out of "good" clean subjects :) Although I discovered a great long wall full of graffitti along the subway line somewhere between Dundas West and Keele... only if this cold spell would go away!
Best regards, Ina

Hi Ina,
I suppose your first impressions of the city are coming out in your photography :) Nothing wrong with showing up-beat, sunny images by any means.
There will be plenty of opportunities for gritty street scenes when you get a chance. Queen West and Kensington Market are very interesting areas if you want to get some "street" scenes down close to the ground level. Also lots of history down around the UofT.

Fantastic shot Ina! I Love the angle of the street leading your eye into the scene. All of the buildings and road ways are fantastic. you have all the lines covered here. The horizontial and verticle! Well done my friend.

My Best Regards
Sam III

Thanks Andre, I've been on Queen St. W, but not at the Kensington market yet. I'm waiting for the weather to warm up a bit. I also want to see the Flatiron building, haven't made it that far yet :) Best regards, Ina

Ina Nicolae   {K:44481} 2/7/2007
Thank you Paolo, if you visit Toronto, you'll find a big Italian community, I think Italian is the second language spoken in Toronto after English :) Best regards, Ina

Thank you very much dear Robert :) You have some amazing architecture in Budapest, and this year probably not as much snow as last year! Cheers, Ina

Toronto Skyline without the CN Tower! :) :)
Seriously, a very nice cityscape Ina. You captured some interesting architecture. The wide angle works well here. Excellent light, sky and colours. An attractive interesting composition. It has a modern, prosperous look to it. Very well done.

Have a good weekend.

Ina Nicolae   {K:44481} 2/9/2007
Hi Joe, I actually have another one with the CN Tower, it's way to the left, behind the blue glass condo building. It was a toss which one to post, I didn't want to post both, as they were too similar - this one I thought was more unusual because of the street & Canada Post trucks :) Thanks for your comment & have a great week-end, Ina
