Deep and thoughtful emotions shown here as objects.... is quite interesting. 'Love' being the 'textured and now clean sort of faded fabric' obviously touched several times and ways but not entirely. The deep dark shadow of the clothes line weighs it even more instead of lifting love to blow in the wind more freely......
This is how I read this and see the image Mary... I wish it sounded a bit more happy:)) Maybe You can set ME straight ..ha!
I do think this has sort of a dark tone to it... but I rate it a 7++for the deep thought it provoked in me...

Awsome work Mary!!!! Its very strange us taking shadow photos at the same time! I was shooting the shadow on the ceiling the other the other day.
I still have to process it and maybe Ill stick it up. Its not near as good as yours! Great details and stunning definition to the shadow. Great textures in the surface. I just love the warm tones! Great words!!!

Very interesting abstract Mary and I believe various interpretations to it. What struck me was the starkness of the shadow against the flowing textures and tones of the wall. The hook looks ominous and the objects hooked by it seem helpless, unable to unhook themselves - need an outside force/influence to unhook them and change their fate - for better or worse! Thanks for the prodding of the gray cells!
