What an adorable shot! My only critique would be to darken it just a tad as his face is just a little to light on the left side of the photo. But what do i know? :)

Really great photo indeed, it's very difficult to capture a moment like this one. A suggestion for the little dark tones in the child's face is to use a filling flash.
