About Such a special place in the southern mountains of Tyrkey in Pamukkale. Springs have for thousands of years built up this chalk that is possible to bath in. Even more interesting was the huge area full of old ruins and even an amfitheater.

I liked this pic, but i think that there is an dominant blue colour that i would correct . Just for fun, i made a small exposure, under MY personal taste only :)
Kiss

Thank you very much, Jorge. Your suggestion is much better. I did notice this blue in blue colour and although it was rather bluish outthere the exposure emphasized it too much. Thanks for taking the time to improve it:-)

jorge carvalho   {K:4573} 2/13/2007
I didnt improve anything, i dont want to carry this responsability! :))) Is just as my daltonic eyes think its more pleasant to them ! :)

Annemette Rosenborg Eriksen   {K:55401} 2/13/2007
You must carry that responsibility on your shoulders now! No way back:-) I like your advice! Hereīs another one for you;-)

jorge carvalho   {K:4573} 2/13/2007
:) See? I prefer this 'ultra-ray' version than your original one , or then mine ! Great, now you can forget my version already :)))

Annemette Rosenborg Eriksen   {K:55401} 2/13/2007
Yep I thought so! I also like it although itīs artificial. Bye for now - I must go and cook dinner:-)

jorge carvalho   {K:4573} 2/13/2007
The dreams are artificial too (?) :)
Bom apetite !

James Cook   {K:36725} 2/21/2007
Yeah, there is a lot of light to contend with for this shot. So much white for the light to bounce off of. A polarizer and a medium density filter would have helped a lot. Once you were to get that light level under control I think the final shot would not need much (or any) color work.

Just for fun...

Annemette Rosenborg Eriksen   {K:55401} 2/21/2007
I must buy a pol. filter when I get a DSRL at some time. THanks a lot for the advice! The light was bright there as in Greenland because of the chalk, water and strong sun. Wonderful place.

James Cook   {K:36725} 2/21/2007
If you get a polerizer now (in anticipation) you can just hold it over your little lens. That what I've been doing (because I have a polarizer from my film days--Cokin professional system is the way to go).

Annemette Rosenborg Eriksen   {K:55401} 2/21/2007
Yes that would work! Thanks James
