About I covered my hands and arms in plaster of Paris, allowed it to dry, then crackled it. I had someone trip the shutter. The photo shoot ended in agony, as plaster doesn't just wash off. My arms were hairless months afterwards. I printed this on Ilford Warmtone FB with a filed-out negative carrier to get the edge effect.

Effective texture study. I like the smudgy frame.

so it was the adequate punishment for playing a leper
:)
nevermind, it keeps shocking for good
!

(next time mud or clay would work better, sometimes with even more subtle effects - like body-painting. the whole experiment would be worth more exploration, i.e. on the body, in the face, drawing lines and patterns, etc.
or converting the model into a somehow bizarre statue?
:)

Great!! It was totally worth it. I don't want to sound mean but now I want to see you do it to your face.

great image and idea. next time maybe you should try paint instead of plaster, for your arms sake hehe.

isnt it politically incorrect and just a little insensitive to call it leprosy?
