Marty ma man...

I wonder at times what messages if any, or to be taken from these shots with her. They have me wondering at times.

Anyway, I would like to see her with more sensual expression in her face and mouth when posed like some of these that you have. Most of her facial expressions - I think, are usually simple and straight forward.

I haven't looked at all them though. I was wondering, have you shot her in any high key, colourful shots? Does she like the black and white stuff, or is this your preferences?

Just curious.

Regards,

I haven't progressed to the point where I am trying to present a message. Usually the model just moves around until I say "hold it" then I take the shot and repeat. Now I guess my own personal preferences and style are coming out.

I have tried color now and again and I nor the model are ever happy with them. In fact this last outing I took a digital camera from work so I could take a color photo at the same time as the B&W and look at it immediately. We didn't care for any of them. I'm not trying to avoid color, I just haven't liked any of my color shots yet. You've inspired me to try again today.

Very sharp image Marty. By the way, which scanner did you get?

Phillip Filtz   {K:1759} 3/10/2002
Marty, thanks for the B/G info. You never know what an photog or artist is trying to convey. Sometimes, it's very clear, sometimes, it's not so clear.

Regards,

Thanks Petros. It's not a new or top of the line scanner but it seems to work great. Epson Perfection 1200 Photo flatbed with transparency adapter.
