About Full moonrise last weekend over the Salton Sea in Southern Cal. Shot from Font's point in the Anza Borrego desert. In the interest of full disclosure the original moon in this shot was overexposed with no detail so I cloned in another moon from an identical underexposed composition. Cheating? Not sure but this photo is much more representative to what my eye saw.

I really like the shot Steve and I don't think it's cheating at all. It is next to impossible to get a moon shot without a ND Grad filter and they aren't precise at all. It was a real moon shot taken at a different exposure and I think it's perfectly fine...more than fine though! Nicely Done!
