Absolutely excellent shot, I love the shells reflection on the wet sand, very nice rocks roundly and background too!!! Gives the idea of a texture like that in foreground that goes away samely! Very good.

Very nice reflections and excellent DOF. I would suggest though that you try cropping out the sky area as it does distract the attention from the main subject.
