To be honest, I don't like the dark parts in the background, especially not where it's to lines. But the lilac background colour itself is excellent and suits the beautiful flower perfectly!

Only niggle and it isn't about your photography is... I have never seen a blue myrtle flower only creamy white ones with lots of perfumed fluffy stamens . This looks much more like a Vinca or Periwinkle that grows close to the ground in the shade ??!!
