Excellent capture and symbolism!!! We haven't even dreamt of icicles this year! And cherry trees are blooming!!!!!Shot against the blue of the sky even an icicle turns into a work of art!!!!

Excellent watching the thaw like this against a blue sky. As a thumbnail it looked like a cloudy finger wanting to grab the moon:-))

You've done a very good job of capturing the icicle and the drip. I tried this a while ago and could not get it right. Looks very good, with light reflecting off the icicle and the nice blue bg. Very good work.

Simplicity and reduced color palette combined with a rather abstract composition - what an idea!
A bit of overexposure on the water (or is it ice?) - but this exactly might be the reason for the impossibility to say if it is water or ice.

oh my GOD! Well ok, that's ice BUT from the thumpnail I though that is...an airplane that being in flames.....holy God... if you had put that ups-down the result will looks like the spaceship that explosed some years before.....oh...I'm sorry that I don't remember its name, a bad story of 7 people they dead for there dreams to be to space...anyway, bad thoughs, an amazing image dear Dave.
