Chris,
this image of yours attract my attention. I must say that most of images on usefilm.com do not that to me. I have no idea why but the texture of the pear have special almost intimate feeling to me.
I loved how nice you use limited DOF for enhancing the close feel to the subject. One thing, maybe would be better to not place it in the center. I cropped your image a bit, to give you idea what I mean.
