About We have some very, very old willow trees around here. Some could be even more than a hundred years old.
We have some on our land. Not this one though.

Heel goed fotografen-oog, Titia !! Prachtige close-up .. Alleen, zijn die kleuren echt zo vaal-grijzig ? Het kan hoor.. Groetjes, Peter

Prachtige macro Titia,ja de kleuren zijn voor mij niet vaal grijzig,ik denk wel als de boom met die kant in de schaduw licht dat het zo is ,groetjes Ronny.

Thanks to you all.

Peter and Ronny,
Yes sometimes the color is this vale greyish, depends on the lightfall. I didn't use any psp on this one.
But...when we turn to a 100 years old, wouldn't we be looking a bit greyish too (smile). It's one of a little group, standing around a little creek close to my house.

From the thumbnail, I thought I made out a heart. Clicking on the image, I now see a face. Either way, very nice subject. I love willows, especially now when they have gotten their feathery new green spring coats.
