About I took this in a very dark restaurant using 3200 ISO film. It was so dark I'm really pleased I got Ruth in focus at all, but I wish I'd had more light to work with. Also my spot meter technique is still in its infancy, so this is far from perfect. But I like the feel of it and I hope you do too...

Don't knock youself about too much. As it stands on its own merits, this is a fairly good photograph. If you shot itr with the aperture wide open, then another stop would not have made that much difference.

It works out fine because itīs people and friends and they donīt need to look perfect. They have their own personality and provides a certain mood which is why the blur is acceptable.
The imperfect humans as we all are full of emotions, thoughts and presence.

The atmosphere in this is superb. The expression you have caught in the girls face is excellent. There is something magical in Leica shot images. Great and refreshing to catch images like this.
