About On the last day in Patagonia, the storms were brewing but we were not going to wait and see what happens next! we were flying out that day in fact, an hour from the time this shot was taken. The drama was at hand, and we put our preflight time to good use by driving around the vast Patagonia landscape. Following the holes in the sky that left these luminous patches of dappled light throughout the valley, that we happened to be exploring.

Hi Alicia,

Thank you for your comment you have an amazing country to explore. This is my second time in 6 months and i hope to come back again soon. I am flying back to Canada tomorrow from Buenos Aires and won't have time to see Mendoza this time around.

Cheers,
Tim

Hi Gustavo,
Just love your country it has fantastic landscapes to explore and has maintained it's wild feel in the outlying areas which is what i just love about it.
Thanks for your comments.....ohhhh.....the rock concert near by is making the apartment sway from all the stomping feet!
I am flying home tomorrow and will be sad to leave...hopefully to return soon!

Cheers,
Tim

Such a lovely place indeed, Tim. Pretty contrasting colors here and your title fits the play of the wind.

it all seems a tad brown on my monitor which is three months old... does it not rain at all there or is everything just dead due to altitude/season??
