Composition and pose are really nice, It loos to me though, that the white balance is slihtly shifter towards cyan making the image looking a little cold.
If you adjust the cyan towards red a little and increas the contrast a bit you might find the model "pops" out of the image a little more

nice shot larry.. if i were you, i would make the water look more greener or blue.. to strike out contrast between kelly and ocean.. on other hand.. i would try sepia style here.. might work well..

Excellent use of white (no pun intended!) I like the white bikini, any other color would have been too much for this shot. The only nit-pic I have is her right leg looks a little akward. Am I right?
