I think it is beautiful Janette. A very emotive image with the mysterious mood of the eyes coming out of the feathered dark.

I think you achieved it Jeanette, I like the result allot, with no hot spots or over exposed areas,
I see some reflection beneath the face, it might be sheets that is covering his shirt, or it might be his shirt it self,
Beside that, it is perfectly done,
