This is my first image shot with my F2 Eyepiece and its Nikkor-H-C Auto 50mm/1:2. The camera is from 1979 and the lens from 1972.
The film is Ilford's XP2 @ 320 ASA. It was frozen for almost a decade! I found the images produced by it amazing. The tones and contrast are are superior to Kodak's 400CN in my opinion.
Here, Number Two was taking pictures of Little She with my Canon S100 and showing her the images. She adores it... The only light was from our varanda's window. Shot handheld. She's very expressive and one of our joys is to watch her discovering the world around her.
I found this lens amazing. It's not the sharpest I've seen but it's small and produces tones and an amazing bokeh that reminds me of images from the 70's. Must be due to special characteristics of its coating, I believe. The same happens with my Rolleiflex 3.5F Planar.
