About 630 last Saturday morning, the wind was blowing a gale on the harbour, the only thing out, bar a crazed photographer, were a few seagulls and some dedicated fisherman. all comments welcomed

just perfect, love the ghost seagull, the cold blue and almost perfect composition, (do not like the singpost at the front because it's breaking the very clean composition) but overall is a grand piece Jason, take care....jd

This is what comes of pulling an allnighter in some dubious St Kilda bars? Top stuff especially the phantom of the lost seagull.
Regards, Gary

Hadn't that house been burnt down a couple of years ago? Nice photo Jason! I've taken many walks down there myself... Ah, the memories!

Jase...this is excellent in every respect! The comp, the color, setting and exposure are great! This is one of my favorites that you've done!!!!

Super shot, the perspective is as good as it gets, but what really makes it nice is the colours of the sky and water, and the light on the building at the end. Really pops, well done Jason.

A bit like the sand pumping jetty that I go to down on the Seaway, Jason. Only fishermen and me. I like to get down there while the lights are still on. I like this one, though, although I'm not too sure about the Seagull 'Ghost". I must admit I would have cloned him out.;)

Great shot. Sometimes it's worth the effort to get out early and endure the elements. The only way to get this kind of color is predawn. Great composition and dof also.
