I like the filter here, but I also would like to see it without the blur...But I must say that the composition and her closed eyes are matched with the blourish aspect of the image. Well, in our dreams, things are blured very often, didn´t they?;) Best regards !

What a lovely 'Dreamy ' image dear Srna ....
YOU look like an Angel floating all around tropical beaches and like the Sun has kissed You too my dear.... IMO this is almost an abstract in some ways because of the strong cuts with contrast and shapes... Regardless it could fit into many catagories and still be beautiful in all...
