you didn't specify how many seconds you did a timed shot.. for this i must assume you have used neutral density filters to reduce light.. and a slow speed film.. please view http://www.usefilm.com/showphoto.php?id=129335 [fountains in the dark] it is a timed exposure..

I realize that this was a overcast day, but the colours seem lacking. I grabbed a copy, and boosted the contrast, and this helped...giver a shot.

Beautiful fall colors. I would like to see it cropped from the top down so it takes most of the sky out. This would put more emphasis on the falls. Just my idea. Well done. Don.
