Hi Marian. Love this photo, the combination of the broken shutters the graffit but this near perfect street lamp almost looks out of place.
I like to see street graffiti, they nearly all seem to be such great artists.

Ohhhh I see the rest of the building ... Good idea to make a semi-series here --- The texture and tones are top -notch- BUT the graffetti is amazing and actually makes this building look like a piece of ART Work
