Valentin, This is a nice portrait but ...I find the background lights a bit distracting and the skin tone a little too grey.
Some further work in an editor could improve this image. If you use photoshop, use Edit in Quick Mask mode by blocking out the model then adjust the background. After that adjust the skin tone using the curve command.
Here is an adjusted copy, hope you like it.
