Bravo tim, really so great artistic work 7+++++++++++ .

A lovely effect that somehow seems very appropriate for the subject. The couple looking at the "menu" add beautifully to the composition.

For me there are just two things taking it down a notch from "superb" - the extra pair of feet in front of the couple, and the back end of the red car on the left.

But overall I find this a fun and appealing shot.

Very well spotted AJ. I missed the car, but you're right, would be better without it.

The extra set of feet was actually their kid. Originally I was trying to shot him getting his ice cream, but as you can tell, his folks were very keen for some cream also.

Thanks for the comments.

nice effect of this HDR, I am not very familiar how it is done but I see a distinct effect. Almost like a water color renditon by good artist, the highlights and shadows are very interesting to see.
nice shot!

I love this almost cartoon effect of the HDR, Tim. Works extremely well on this type of shot. I've been trying HDR on my seascapes with very poor results. What program do you use? Some tips would be appreciated.:)
