Well, I like it...it seems like a fun shoot to me...lots of pink, very girly, and I like the splash of colour from her red nails...nicely done :) The processing looks okay, but the shadow around the girl and dryer in the left hand image stand out( perhaps from dodging the image?)... but not knowing what the "look" is supposed to be makes it difficult to say whether it is right or not..
Overall, I like the concept :)

Lovely images. The two work well together, although shes seems much more animated in the picture on the right. Her facial expression in the first picture is a little bland maybe.
The colours are very...pink, but not over the top, it all fits perfectly together, her makeup and red nails also!

@liz: the shadow comes from using a ring-flash. This creates a bigger shadow around the subject being photographed. It is a bit of a taste thing. I dont always like it, but in this case i think it works well. I am still trying to define the "look". As soon as i have it ill post it here, but your remarks will certainly help me in the process. Thanks!
