Hi Jim, This is a super shot of a buttercup but it seems somehow that something is missing, perhaps it is the black background that makes the flower stand out should perhaps have some blurred green in there to avoid making the buttercup too stark in its presentation.

Also the shadow round the picture frame could do with moving so that the light is coming from the same direction as is on the flower, perhaps better still take the frame shadow away.

Anyway, well done!
