This is not a poster is it? It looks like a boy in agony spotted behind the star that makes me think about the jews and how they were branded and forced to wear a star. So expressive and strong, Crow.

Hello there... no, it's a strange image to describe... this guy was sitting inside a bus shelter... on the outside of the shelter there was a stencil of a star... I saw his eye through the 'hole' in the stencil and took several photos before he could complain! Afterwards I explained the philosophy of 'take photos first, worry about reaction later' and he was fine about it!

THanks for the explanation, Patrick:-) I would have been much too shy to take it - great that you actually did it and also explained it afterwards. A great streetphoto that could have been taken in a ghetto in South Africa. Powerful expression in his face.
