About "If solitude hath ever led thy steps
To the wild Ocean's echoing shore,
And thou has lingered there,
Until the sun's broad orb
Seemed resting on the burnished wave,
Thou must have marked the lines
Of purple gold, that motionless
Hung o'er the sinking sphere:
Thou must have marked the billowy clouds
Edged with intolerable radiancy
Towering like rocks of jet
Crowned with a diamond wreath."

Percy Bysshe Shelley

such a powerful dynasty of clouds...
I love it soooooooooooooooooo much...
it gives me an ultimate power and feeling of being into natural phenomenon closely...to watch them,to smell them, and touch them with eyes, and realize that it's far beyond our understanding, when it comes to nature...
Thanks tender-handed Shirley... your shots running new stories through my mind...

All the bests,
Your Student,
Ardalan...

OOh cold wet sand in between my toes, a chilly wind whipping my hair across my face, a feeling of urgency to get home....but wanting to stay and not let go of a day at the beach!
Dramatic capture Shirley,
cheers, Bek

This is such a beautiful seascape my dear Shirley. I love the gentle touch of pastel like tones, the drama within the clouds and the frenzy of the waves. Truely AWESOME sweetie. The poetry is a lovely bonus and along with Keats a favourite poet of mine. Well done to you my dear friend, wonderful work. My very best wishes to you as always and a big HUG.........Ray

Shirley, Shirley I am really exited in front of this impressive, emotive, beautiful image. I don't know how you ordered to the heavy clouds to fall on the sea but I love it just as the line of shining sprinklings running all long the frame. Bravissima!!
Ciao.

Giuseppe
