Great capture Hussam with nice colors and good play with light. I would perhaps correct the slight tilt of the horizon line.
Anyway, this is a nice composition.

The textures and details couldn't have been more strongly enhanced by the very distinct atmosphere of the light, Hussam! Especially the contrast of the central subject to the blue colored rest of the image is an eye magnet, and the buildings that seem to disappear in the horizon add the appropriate depth to the perpective. I can only admire your seemingly endless DoF, and such a DoF at that time of the night can be only the witness of great skills!

P.S.: Only one suggestion: Your sign on the photo is so big that it obscures a considerable part of it.
