A nice work of motion and standstill, as represented by different amounts of motion blur - from almost zero on the moving cyclist to almost infinite on the background. That stands in opposition to the reality of the own frame of reference, but it brings dynamic and the view out of the frame of reference of the cyclist. This is also enhanced by the great details on him and the bycicle. Considering the speed and the very short time that you had, a great shot!
