Dear Srna,
I feel if you left out the island and houses at the top and framed the shot with just the girl and the sea, the sense of loneliness would portray more intensely. Composition-wise this is pretty good, but that small detail would make this GREAT, IMHO !!

Nice frame with this woman in the foreground loonking at the castle in the background. The point of view you choose Srna allows to follow her eye.. and almost to feel what she feels. I like the perspective and the tonal range. Just one regret, too much light on the sky. You probably captured this shot during the beginning of the afternoon, no?
Anyway this is a nice intimate moment, even in such composition, that you shared.

The title and the crop of this image gives me to think about. If she is a sailors wife she might think she is think hopefully my husband is coming back soon. But there might be other thoughts in this presentation, depending in which situation you are or how you look at this image.
