Felicitaciones!!!

John Hatz   {K:140178} 7/1/2007
Thanks a lot Sylvia for the kind comment, I have that photo in color version and the harp wasn't sooooo powerfull into full colors, that gives me the idea to try to 'take it out' from the color dizziness.

John Hatz   {K:140178} 7/1/2007
thanks a lot Pablo!

John Hatz   {K:140178} 7/1/2007
Thanks a lot Mahassa for the kind comment...yeap, you get me! tilt a lot...trying to put the microphone's metalic stick in paraler way with my frame I totaly forget the wall! :-D

John Hatz   {K:140178} 7/1/2007
Thanks a lot Alicia!

Michele Carlsen   {K:128850} 7/1/2007
How about fading it out a bit so it wouldn't be sooo noticeable.... You've got the Harp being such a bright color the wall could also be colorful ...or just faded, or white-ish???? Just a thought:))

John Hatz   {K:140178} 7/1/2007
It's a good though... yeap...I also could put it in other photo...
thanks Michele for the sujestion!

Srna Stankovic   {K:107442} 7/1/2007

Tom Gessner   {K:3571} 8/31/2007
and this picture is the top of the top - you got it - you have skills too - and no further comment This is 7/7++++++++

John Hatz   {K:140178} 8/31/2007
thanks dear Tom for your support, well to me...these instruments are not something that I saw every day...even I'm not completely out of music...:-D

Naomi Weidner   {K:6579} 9/4/2007
Hi John, I like what you've done with this image, but it seems to me that there is too much other stuff in the image. I like the portraits in the background, but perhaps you could re-shoot with fewer chairs and stands cluttering the bottom of the image. Nice job of isolating the harp.

Thanks for your recent comments on my images. -- Naomi

John Hatz   {K:140178} 9/4/2007
thanks a lot dear Naomi for your kind comment!
Well..I agree...there are lot of not nice things there...and that was the couse of desaturation...pity that I couldn't make that...not my orchestra! :-D

Minoo  S.   {K:11973} 11/24/2007
I like this shot very much.I am really amazed by the way you desaturated this picture. Every single cord of the harp is in color, while the background and in between each cord is desaturated. What a patience to do this! But it is definitely worth it, as it makes the harp stand out very well.
All the best.

John Hatz   {K:140178} 11/24/2007
thanks so much Minoo for your kind comment...hehe...wasn't so strongly looking that harp into the other elements, and I didn't have the right to remove anything there, so I did that job to 'bring' it a bit better...
