Absolutely wonderful, soft tones Paolo!! Excellent work . . . soft for effect . . . but very clear and the Sepia treatment really works to POP this subject from the BG. Impressive. The quarter front shooting angle works very well too.
As this is a CC image I will mention the one distraction I find you might have improved the shot with by removing. Just where the neck curves into the chin you can see what is likely an earring dangling. Due to your crop . . . you cannot see the other ear and the mind seems to fixate on that since the natural balance you'd expect by seeing both is off. I suggest cloning it out . . . should be extremely easy to do. Anyway . . . that's my opinion and other than that minor distraction I think you have a first rate shot here.
