This is breathtaking, the light, exposure and composition are just right.
I cant get over how sharp everything looks, the 'green' patch in the centre looks like an island. Is it???

Ok Avi I have lowered the contrast level altho I want YOU to knnow that I NEVER raised the contrast level...the color in this image is as was taken from the camera.....BRIGHT. since the sun doesn't shine here much when it does it is ULTRA BRIGHT- my only problem might be I have to adjust the pixel levels smalller ..but I am trying this for now -
My fingers are crossed :))
OK it didn't work - now to down-size the image and back I will come :))

No, I am sure that YOU did not raise the contrast level. All I was trying to say was that maybe you took this shot with the perfect exposure. This type of shots often pay well by taking 1 or 2 f-stops lower.

No the green patch is not an island altho it is close to being one as the Salmon river, and bay all weave around it down to the ocean but there is land also ...so not entirely an island altho in the winter is a different story :)))
