I think it needs some punch Paul, but not sure how: in color?, toned?, tonal range seems to be very limited; cheers friend....jd

I agree. On the monitor I liked the image, but working it proved quite difficult. I wanted the square, the symmetry and the B&W. I need to hone editing skills.
The attachment below is the RAW file. No editing or alterations what so ever. The RAW was just dragged into PS, resized and save for web.
