On this day (July 8) in 1947 some farmer reported finding some bits of scrap near Roswell, New Mexico. And, well... there ya have it. A multi-billion dollar space alien business was born. I visited Roswell in 2004 and did not find any proof aliens have visited. I did find some evidence, however, if they are here... they are Cub fans.
