Yes I do! And I get a free parrot as well! At least I think it's a parrot... I grew up with fanatical birdwatcher parents so I'm afraid I rebelled and didn't learn what I might have done. A wise old owl, dreaming of mice. :)

Annemette Rosenborg Eriksen   {K:55797} 7/9/2007
A parrot!!! U birdignorant!*LOL* No, this is a kind of small predatorbird that isnīt into sunflowerseeds, nuts and bananachips.
I took this photo at the medievalmarket.

Annemette Rosenborg Eriksen   {K:55797} 7/9/2007
A treat having birdwatcherparents! I mean out in nature eating seeds and crackers and then teaching you to fly! No seriously I would have loved that, but I guess itīs typical that the children never enjoys what the parents do*LOL*

Sudhir K.  Reddy   {K:7338} 12/4/2007
For the not-so-birding photogs like u and Patrick (he missed out a lot not following his birder parents): This is a Great horned owl which is often used as a a LURE for attracting yes predatorial (in birders' lingo, birds of prey) which hate the owls as invaders of their territory. Been to a few captures for banding migratory bird events of merlins and falcons. Yes coz i followed my wildlife enthusiast parents. In the background, it seems like a Peregrine Falcon in its bright summer plumage. I could be wrong! Anyhooooow, love this capture , "a pasion of mine, birds, esp that prey"!! Wonderful portfolio indeed!
