About From my last Autumn/Winter in Hergiswil, and poerhaos a bit too emotional as that kind of remembrance was creeping into my mind. Well, an interesting image for me, and I hope I'll read some comments, for which I thank you in advance.

Interesting .. certainly. Although, I would have loved it more if the mood was reflected in a bit more prominent manner. Now, its really subtle, and that makes it interesting :). Unusual angle, unusual balance in composition. I have one question though, I can't get a direct focal point in this pic ? Was it intended ?

Best Regards,

-sandip

Hi Sandip and thanks a lot for the detailed comment!

It is a bit difficult to answer your questions but I try. There is sometimes a state fo mind, especially when going through hard times, when what we see ceases to transmit any information to us. It starts looking like... simply shape. As if we were not really participating on anything. And this was how I was looking at things on that day, so I decided to try a shot that does not really concentrate on transmitting something but rather shows only those shapes and nothing more.

I hope I did manage to explain a bit?

Best wishes and thanks again,

Nick
