Excellent sky and tone work. Highlight on the arch is superb. The street, to me, is too dark; and the same on the right side along the railing.

I think you've done a good job here, Tony. Tonal range is good, as is your composition and the sky's been on your side. The one car gives us a sense of scale, and many cars would have distracted from the arch itself.
