This pose is indeed a "candid" but IMHO I think it would have worked much better emotionally if she kept her face "as is" (well, maybe turned it a bit towards the camera) but moved her eyes to look into the lens (or half way between the lens and the window) with a strong emotional expression - What's the saying? "The eyes are the windows to the soul" (but then again, maybe that's not what you were going for here)
Very nice light and great crop - I wish her expression was stronger and she was connecting better with the camera...... for me, it works to a point. would like to have seen it taken further.....
