well i like the frame. i don't feel what the special sigificance may be, but it adds some intensity and mystery to this photo. as does the deep yellow tone. the canova pose, the deliberateness of it makes this feel very formal. perhaps the rulers speak of this deliberateness and precision. lovely picture, wonderful concept.
