Thank You Andre for good comment. Let it be an award. Too bad we tend to learn from the harshest crituques, if they are sincere. Great thing about photography is that You never know when a good shot is just around the corner. The worst is when You are not ready for it.

Hi Mirek,
I was taught many years ago, no matter how good or how bad you might think an image is, it is good to pick some positive and some negative things to say.
When I took some photo arts courses years ago, we used to have a "critique night" The instructor asked us all to tape what we thought was our best image of the week up on the blackboard for the rest of the class to review. We were told that no matter what we might think of the image, we had to say one positive thing and one negative thing about everyone elses image, no exceptions. It was a lot of fun, and everyone learned a lot about other people's likes and dislikes.
Funny what you say about being ready for a shot. When ever we go for hikes in the woods, I always say, if I bring my camera, no wildlife will show up. If I don't bring my camera, the animals and birds will come out of the woods and pose right in front of me. :)
