I´m no fan of spiders either but I do give them names with my little daughter and care for them:-) This is actually so beautiful! I wouldn´t want to touch it, but the tones and patterns are amazing. Very good work with amazing clarity!

surprize!!! that is NOT DEAD...and I left it alive....aggggg...even I do love to kill it...but can I go closer to do that????? :-D
I'll upload more photos of that.....thing on its tiny net (compere to its size) or when scered from my power flash and fall down to the grass... at the other part of its body it is...hairy white...like it has snow on it...do you believe it???? Looks like snow on it!!! YAAAAHHHHHH!!!

Super macro shot BUT oh my gosh John I agree with your madness that is one spooky looking spider and I like some spiders ...just because they normally don't hurt us but actually are quite interesting creatures with a job to do... This one would keep me awake at night time worried
