Great shot... I agree with what Gary said. How long have we been talking about this and how long has nothing changed? Too long for me. Forget it, I give up - time to start makng other plans....... there are other ways and other places where the people still can be heard..... Great find/abstract - a 7+

the textures and deep, rich browns that plunge into shadow are so completely involving that these alone would be enough for this image. add the title and this becomes a powerful political statement that takes it to another, much more meaningful level. there is also something visceral here that makes me want to reach out and run my fingers over the surface of the globe and it's chains as if in so doing i am trying to take away some of the pain of betrayal. outstanding paul.

What a strong image that speaks with a prophetic tone. Excellent detail and lighting - I can almost sense the dark foreboding. Really well done - this picture should be sent to every news magazine in North America.
