Subrata,
What originally caught my eye was the brilliant colour of this photo, it's so bright and vivid. But I just love the birds eye view perspective of this scene. What exactly are they worshipping and how did you get such a great vantage point?
Megan.

Dear Johnnson, I am really grateful for your observation.People in the frame were worshipping Sun God.This is a popular festival of North India.People assemble in the riverside in colourful dress with their offerings. It was mandatory for them to put on new dress. They take a dip into the river water which is supposed to be holy. The vantage point that you talk about is nothing but a bridge on the river. With regards, Subrata.
