Ultimate window use, here you get amazing result plus the silhouette of the human that makes the image more...spicy!!! I love that, to my favorites, really a great photo, I can say the best I ever seen on that kind of photos!

Diego Bullita   {K:15029} 9/27/2007
thanks john for yours always appreciate comment,
it appeals to your definition to me "ultimate window",
best regards my friend

Nick Karagiaouroglou   {K:97660} 10/3/2007
The idea and the exposure are both very distinct, Diego. I thought at first that a bit less exposure would be an advantage because it would bring more detail to the city, but then I had the idea that it is much better this way because it puts the main interest right on the protagonist! Both the foreground in shadows and the background in light are completely sharp and in focus - the DoF here is unbelievable. It makes that hard barrier between the self and freedom very tangible.

Very good work!

Nick

Hi Diego.
I am finally starting to work through your excellent work, (although it will take me some time,) this image grabbed me straight away,( although it has some similarities,in my mind) of an Italian singer called Zucchero (I think thats how you spell it) I like the tones, balance and quality of the studt, well observed.
Regards
james
