...hormones running around the system...... I was waiting to see when "the pole" was gonna make an appearance in a Lara shot - didn't take that long - lol. I like the concept of this whole shot except I would go darker. It looks like it's High Noon outside (even though I take it those are stage lights pouring down). The Fedora thing works well, an extra kicker to the mystery... wow, really had the iso up there...is there anyway to get the colors deeper? That's what I would try to do. Still, an interesting shot and concept all in all (should add STAGE or PERFORMANCE to the catagories IMHO)

Paul Lara   {K:86864} 9/19/2007
Good idea, Mark. I can boost saturation and tweak levels to make it darker.

This was actually some publicity stills for a scene in an independent movie, Crosshairs. (and it's not THOSE hairs).

Mark Julian   {K:36430} 9/19/2007
I would call it "Cross Hair" maybe? mmm - will think later, off to the Dentist so can't think straight right now. You know, it's Wednesday - "Anything Can Happen Day" on the Mickey Mouse club show so had to do a bit of sedating in case the word "Root Canal" comes up....... no worries (now)........Do what you gotta do to make it more MYS - TER - I- OUS looking........

"as kinda hazy looking currently" should have followed the contrast remark...not sure why it didn't?...UF still having glitches?...cheers,gayle

Whew, this is great..beautiful composition and light, and a touch steamy..the hazy light really adds a nice touch.

Iforgot to say, do not worry about the grain here, there are times and conditions where the grain add a very effective result to the image as it is here.

I would love to see this image posted on www.camerause.com

All of the best

Thank you Rashed.
Yes, I think the grain adds to the smokey feel in this photo.

:) Excellent shot! Great action. Awesome lighting, looks great with the smoky air. The colors on the dress really pop! And the dual shadow of the man in the hat lurking above- adds such a creepy feel to the shot...
