Haha thank dear:-) When I sometimes get the possibility to come visit you weŽll simply have to walk on the beaches and look for trails!

Ohhhh that is a Must to walk the beach dear Annemette--& so much to see- I really love this 'snailtrail' and I am feeling normal again , but then maybe a bit too normal (whatever normal is ???))) But it is better than the opposite...and I do hope that YOU too are alright???

Good youŽre feeling better! Yes, I think I know what you meAN. My good bipolar friend never knew what was normal and he actually liked the ups and downs somewhat. IŽm just glad youŽre doing well again. I`m also doing better and better, thanks! More energy, happiness, no vomitting at night etc. etc.:-))
