Great concept, leading lines don't come any stronger than this and I really do get the impression he's pounding the pavement. I don't think Henri ever chopped a head off so it really is homage rather than an attempt to copy. Well done you.

Gary, when I saw how this shot came out after cicking, I knew immediately that if I share this, HOW MANY of my viewers would consider this a nagative point for the picture. And my guess was MANY.
But I had a different point to keep this exactly as I had taken it - if you read about Henri, towards his last years, the great man seldom used his eyepiece.. he set his tripod, composed and pressed shutter without ACTUALLY looking !!
And, NEVER EVER in his life, he had cropped any part of any of his pictures !!
Now to me, THAT's a hommage !
