About A shot from my first paid gig!!!
Was very nervous but very happy with the outcome.
I really liked this one, B+W conversion, levels, contrast and masking on his white shirt (a little blown out).

Isn't it great to get paid for what you love to do? This is a very nice shot Rebecca. The exposure and conversion are great. Nice job on his shirt. One thing though, I would have love to have seen her face a bit more. Just a little bit. It is a very happy image.

Hay there Derk,
Yup, it's great to get paid for something that is so much fun (most of the time!!!)
Thanks so much for your great comment, this one was snapped just after they had both been looking at the camera, then she bent to kiss his cheek.
This couple were very into each other and a real joy to shoot.
cheers, Beks

Hiya Dani,
I couldn't imagine it either until I had the cash in my hand...then came the part where I had to deliver for the $$$...aaargh!! LOL
It was so much fun after they relaxed and I relaxed

Thanks so much Shirley, this couple were just too cute, I didn't have to direct them at all for this shoot, I just let them do their thing and stood back with the camera picking the choice moments! It was a great day.
cheers, Beks

Hi Rebecca,
This is a really nice composition. As you point out yourself, a bit of the white shirt and arms are a touch blown out. But, when the composition is this good, that is not as much of a factor. That woodgrain background is a nice touch.
Andre
