As you've put this in Critique's corner I hope you don't mind a bit of honesty...

It's not very sharp (this may not be your fault it could be the camera/lens).
It's too busy - it looks like you are trying to capture lot's of things but not really succeeding at any. For example - apart from the runway I really wouldn't know it was an airforce base except for the fact that you told me - or perhaps you were trying to show the mountains.
It looks as though it's been over processed - the lower part of the mountains have the appearance you get when over-applying levels adjustment - that mottled effect. This may just be an unfortunate effect from the landscape.

Why did I decide to look at this one? Well I'm a pilot and an aviation nut, but if it weren't for that I wouldn't have spent much time with it.
